I installed Norton's Anti-Virus which got rid of alot of trojan and other viruses but I lost the control panel, I get lots of pop ups, my computer runs slow(sometimes will shut off for no reason at all), and I can no longer use the control-alt-delete method. It says task manager has been blocked by administrater. I dont want to loose my photos or programs I have so I dont want to reboot, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
